1. Information We Do Not Collect

Fast Clean is designed to complete most cleaning actions directly on your device.

The App does not automatically upload your photos, videos, contacts, or files to our servers.

We do not collect:

• Your videos
• Your contacts
• File contents stored in your device
• Your personal messages
• Your private album content
• Any files placed in the Privacy Space

Your data stays on your device unless you choose to share it with us through feedback or support.

2. Information We May Process (Device-Level Only)

To provide certain features, the App may process limited types of information on your device:

2.1 Photos & Videos (Local Processing Only)

Performed only when you use:

• Similar photo cleanup
• Screenshot cleanup
• Large video detection
• Photo/video compression
• Privacy Space import

These files are analyzed locally, and we do not transmit them to external servers.

2.2 Contacts (Local Processing Only)

Used for:

• Detecting duplicate contacts
• Merging contacts

We do not store, upload, or share your contact list.

2.3 Device & Diagnostic Information

To improve app performance, the App may collect:

• Device model & OS version
• App version
• Basic crash logs
• Performance analytics

This information helps maintain the app but does not include your personal files or content.

3. AI Processing

AI features in the App do not read, scan, or access any photos, videos, contacts, or files on your device.

AI responses are generated only from the text you choose to type or submit.

No media or personal files are uploaded or analyzed for AI processing.

4. Privacy Space

Privacy Space is designed to help organize sensitive content on your device.

• Files added to Privacy Space remain on your device.
• We do not access, view, upload, or store these files.

If you choose to delete originals from your album, this action occurs locally and cannot be undone.

5. Tools

Features like:

• IP Lookup
• Network Speed Test
• Widgets
• Charging Animations

may require standard network requests to function.

These requests do not include your personal files, photos, or sensitive data.

6. Optional Permissions

The App may request the following permissions:

• Photos / Media / Files – For cleaning, analyzing, compressing, and managing media locally.
• Contacts – For duplicate detection and merging.
• Network Access – For IP lookup and speed test features.
• Notifications – Optional reminders and tips.

You may deny any permission, though certain features may not function without it.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services such as:

• Analytics
• Crash reporting
• Advertising networks (if applicable)

These services may receive general device information such as:

• Device model
• OS version
• App interactions

No photos, videos, contacts, or private files are shared.

8. Data Security

We follow reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information.

However, no system is completely risk-free, and we encourage users to keep their device secure and updated.

9. Children’s Privacy

Fast Clean is not intended for children under the age required by local laws.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

If you believe a child has provided information, please contact us.

10. Your Choices

You can:

• Deny or revoke app permissions at any time
• Delete files directly in the App
• Remove the App, which deletes all locally stored app data

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally.

We will revise the “Last Updated” date when changes are made.

12. Data Deletion Statement

All user data processed by Fast Clean is stored solely on your device and is never uploaded to our servers. When you choose to clear the app data from your device settings or uninstall the App, all locally stored data created or used by Fast Clean—including cache, preferences, and locally processed information—will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
